CEPIS produces CEPIS UPGRADE, the European journal for the informatics professional. This bi-monthly technical e-journal is freely distributed and read by thousands of ICT practitioners and academics. ICT Professionalism & e-Skills

The interim report of the e-Skills & ICT Professionalism project to support the development of a European Framework for ICT Professionalism is now available. The report describes the state of play regarding ICT Professionalism and Training Programmes for ICT Managers in Europe and provides key recommendations for future work to be completed in January 2012. Professional e-Competence in Europe

professionalsResearch to produce and assess an up-to-date picture of the actual e-competences of IT professionals will help prepare for and mitigate against the anticipated shortages of professionals with the right skills.
