Founded in October 2000, UPGRADE is The European Journal for the Informatics Professional, a technical, independent, non-commercial, and freely distributed electronic publication.
In UPGRADE, outstanding international specialists cover research and technical developments of current or future interest. This serves IT professionals, in Europe mainly but also worldwide, in developing their technical expertise and broadening their professional knowledge.
UPGRADE appears bimonthly in English on the UPGRADE website (no printed edition is available). Its monographic section is also published in Spanish by Novática , our UPGRADE partner in Spain.
