ENISA Report: Incentives & Challenges for Cyber Security and Information Sharing

The European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) recently launched a new report on barriers to and incentives for cyber security information sharing. The report identifies the most important barriers and incentives in daily practices in Information Exchanges and Information Sharing Analysis Centres, based on research that focused on actual practitioners’ experiences. Along with listing the main barriers (poor quality information, poor management, and/or reputational risks) and incentives (quality, value, and use of information shared), ENISA also provides 20 recommendations.
