e-Skills Week – European Citizens Need to Engage with e-Skills for Jobs and for Life

The European Commission’s e-Skills Week campaign is now fully underway with National Contact Points and stakeholders focused on raising awareness about the opportunities that e-skills can offer. Europe’s chances at becoming an innovative and prosperous economy greatly depend on people’s engagement in ICT-related education and subsequently ICT careers. Therefore all Europeans especially young people need to be made aware of the education, training, and especially jobs opportunities that can be accessed through having e-skills. Learn more about pan-European competitions and other activities leading up the closing event in Copenhagen on 30 March at the e-Skills Week website.
