EU Parliament publishes brief on digital learning


The European Parliament has published a briefing on the state of play of skills in the digital world. This document is prepared for, and addressed to, the Members and staff of the European Parliament as background material to assist them in their parliamentary work.

It looks at how adults currently use the internet, and provides an overview of their digital skills, to identify some of their learning needs. It also focuses on detecting existing gaps in access to learning, as well as who is using the internet for learning purposes.
